An upstairs guest bedroom has a queen bed and private balcony with a gulf view. There is another living area on the first floor with a sleeper sofa, dining table, and coffee bar. The first level is not internally connected to the rest of the home. Beautiful outdoor areas! Heated pool and plenty of outdoor furniture for gathering and sunbathing. Parking- Driveway accommodates four cars. No garage access. Sorry, no pets allowed. The pool can be heated for an additional $50.00 + tax per night for the duration of your stay.
