The house is located within minutes of ND campus, Eddy Street Commons, Linebacker, Corby's, and downtown South Bend. The house has a quaint open air porch with TV, gas grill and a small park across the street. There is a 30" TV in a large living room with natural fireplace and 24" TV in the den. A finished basement includes two 46" HDTV, wet bar, pool table, fuseball, darts, dvd, and a piano. Great for entertaining guests. Smoke free only. Sleeps 3 additional people on blow up mattresses.
