Located 2.5 miles off M95 on Island Lake in Republic, this cute cottage has plenty of amenities for your Up North getaway. The cottage has a large living room for all your friends and family to gather. There is a updated and fully stocked kitchen, walk-in pantry, breakfast bar and large dinette. Escape the bugs and the rain on the screened porch with beautiful lake views. Bedroom 1 is on the main level with a king sized bed. Bedroom 2 is on the second level and has 2 full beds and 4 twin beds (bunk beds). Outside is a large deck with seating, a quaint firepit area, and a private dock. The lake has a rocky entry and is immediately 2-3ft deep then goes to 5 feet pretty quickly. The max depth on this side of the lake is 11', but does have a deeper hole on the other side of the island that's around 30'. This cottage is located behind the island
