We are located 8 miles from the entrance to Sequoia National Park. We're located near the center of Three Rivers, Kaweah Lake & within walking distance of the town center where the only fully stocked market is located, along with couple places to eat, a pharmacy, post office & 2 banks. Otherwise, a 2-minute drive. It’s a great time of year for visiting The Sequoia National Park. Our home is 1622sq ft.The kitchen is fully equipped for everything you need to make eggs to mashed potatoes. The master bedroom has 1 CA King Bed with a full bathroom & jacuzzi bathtub & 1 Queen Bed in the other bedroom.We also have 2 twin folding beds that can be set up in either bedroom or the living room. Purchased August 2022.Enjoy a nice evening on the front patio enjoying nature. A propane barbeque is located on the front patio.AC & Heating by mini split units that are all BRAND NEW & purchased
