There is ample parking for your boat or ATV's on the south side of the house.The entire house is available for guest use as well as exterior covered deck and driveway located on the south side of the property.I do not live in the area but have a maintenance person and other staff that can be there should any problems arise.Ticaboo is an extremely remote area 12 miles from Bullfrog and Lake Powell.
