You are renting a great beach house in the Pleasure Point area of Santa Cruz, CA, the famous surfing and hanging-out beach. The house is a 5min walk to the beach. I purchased this house so visitors with kids (or just kids at heart) would have a fun relaxing time. The amenities include a large backyard (for the beach) with a game room (includes 42" TV, Ms. PAC-MAN / Galaga Arcade game, and a foosball table). On the back patio, we have an outdoor dining set, large stainless BBQ, ping-pong table, deck, and of course... a large HOT TUB! In the garage, the fun continues with surfboards (beginner and experienced riders), boogie boards, wetsuits, beach chairs, umbrella, kids beach toys, beach cruisers etc. All for your entertainment and entertaining.The house has 5 bedrooms.
