Enjoy waterfront views, a private dock, & a firepit next to the water.The main top level & the bottom lower level each have their own private entrance, the exact same floor plan. Each floor has a kitchen, den, dining room, 2 bedrooms, & 2 baths, a Jack & Jill that share a shower/tub combo, each bedroom with their own toilet/sink. The lower level is the only level with a washer & dryer. The frig on the lower level has an ice maker. The lower kitchen does not have a dishwasher.This is a family friendly neighborhood.
