Other amenities include a fully furnished kitchen, 1 1/2 bath, Livingroom with flatscreen TV/DVD.Located in a quiet neighborhood, this comfortable home works well for those looking to get away from it all at a great price. Come and relax on the deck with a cold beverage while watching our neighborhood deer meander through our backyard! Or, take a five minute walk into town to shop or eat. Yachats Ocean Rd is located just across the street and is the nearest sandy beach access - again just another five minute walk from the house.The neighborhood pool, hot tub and tennis courts are open and available seasonally June 29 through Labor Day.
