It is located in the upscale and newer gate golf community of Providence. You will love the drive to and from the house. **NOT included in our rental prices : Pool & Spa heating** Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property and enter the subdivision (max 3 cars are allowed inside the subdivision for each rental and each driver/car needs to be registered at the gate prior to arrival). *** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given
