Nestled in the wonderful Walden community, you can enjoy the tranquility of the outdoors, and all the amenities they have to offer: golf club, fitness center, yacht club dining and lakefront bar, large pool and kid splash pad overseeing the lake, 2 private boat ramps, tennis and raquetball courts, private marina with boat rentals, fishing pier and lots of walking/bike trails. Walden is centrally located in Lake Conroe with shops nearby and Margaritaville right next door. The house has plenty of sitting space from our large dining room table to the outside deck perfect for grilling or laying out on the hammock. There is a kids room with boards games for family night and its own tv for the little gamers out there. There is also a firepit area to enjoy those starry nights with some s'mores!
