Very close to restaurants, bars, breweries and shopping.This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom house has it all. There are 2 master suites with en-suite bathrooms. One of the masters has 2 queen beds, the other one has a California King bed. There are also 2 additional bedrooms with queen beds that share a bathroom .There is a patio in front with outdoor dining table and seating area with a large Weber gas BBQ.Walking into the house is the family room with flat screen TV and fireplace. Next is a small game room with shuffle board, card table and a TV with video games.Towards the back of the house is a gourmet kitchen with a dining table that seats 10 people and on other flat screen TV.All bedrooms are on the second floor.
