The home is located just two blocks from Falmouth Harbor where you can watch the boats and fish from the end of the pier. Also, if a trip to Martha's Vineyard is on your wish list, look no further; the Island Queen boat departs just a two-minute walk from our back door. No worries about parking or missing the boat! The home is also within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and nightlife. We take pride in our home and continue to make improvements year after year. In 2012, fresh paint (interior and exterior), new flooring, updated lighting, new bed linens and professional furniture cleaning. In 2013, we added a new Weber gas grill perfect for summer cook-outs. In the 2014 season, we added a front loading, high-efficiency washer and dryer as well as two new twin beds. The outdoor shower was added in 2016
