Built in 1916, this cottage features large cozy rooms, surrounding decks and carefully tended grounds. The kitchen is open to the den area with TV, the living room is open to the dining area and a large sun porch. There is also a butler's pantry and a full bath with shower, and washer and dryer on the first floor.
