We have a small lake with 3 ponds which are great for fishing and swimming as well as over a mile of duck river front property. Play in the river or sit on the dock and read a book. This is an amazing place for groups of all sizes!We are very rural but grocery stores and civilization are only about 15 minutes away. We are also located near Dickel, Uncle Nearest as Jack Daniels.This ranch is large open rolling hills of grass and hay. We are uniquely positioned along the river with some of the best river access in the state. We have a bonfire bit by the river that is available upon request as well as tons of space for football, basket ball, a volleyball court and some portable disc golf baskets.
