Enjoy the seclusion of this rural, tranquil park-like setting of the property. The neighbors to the north have cattle and horses. You can enjoy watching graze on the fertile land of the Verde valley or enjoy bird watching with binoculars provided at the casita. We get regular visits from eagles and hawks in the big cottonwood trees.Cleaning fee includes up to 2 guests. $10/guest per day above 2. No more than 4 guests allowed. Pet fee is $125 for 1st pet and $75 for 2nd pet. Pets need prior approval by owner. Max allowed is two pets.*Note - We do not provide shampoo/conditioner or body soap. We recommend bringing your own.**Please note all cellular carriers have bad service in the area.
