Beyond the two ocean-view bedrooms with Queen beds, and the bedroom with twins, there is also a room off the primary bedroom with a twin trundle. The full/queen pull out couch in the TV room can sleep up to two people. 2 full bathrooms, plus a half bath. 3 minute walk to Agate Beach, 7 minute drive to downtown Bolinas. 1/2 acre fenced garden has multiple decks with views, propane grill, large trampoline, and plenty of seating for a gathering.
