Close to Stone Steps, Beacons and Moonlight surf spots, walk to farmers market, downtown Encinitas and Leucadia, this little oasis is perfect for long term stays in our idyllic little beach town.The property is in a quiet neighborhood tucked away behind a wall of vines. Once you enter through the blue garden gate door, you find the cottage. A private outdoor lounge to the right, and the front door to the cottage to the left. It has a spacious living room, a dining room and a galley kitchen. The cottage has a laundry room with a washer/dryer, and a bathroom with a large shower. There is a small back patio with a grill, that butts up to our yard. You can hear the hens clucking and our water fountain in our backyard, however your space is fully walled off and private.
