The neighborhood is located in a medium crime risk area. Its a place to sleep, relax and watch TV on a budget. You will have plenty of room and it is priced way below the nearest hotel. This type of experience may not be what you are looking for and it’s not for everyone. The price reflects the location.The duplex is located within minutes from the area best attractions. Only a 10-15 minute drive to Anderson Japanese Gardens, BMO Harris Bank Center and the Coronado Theater.
