This is a separate apartment, not shared with homeowner. The property is shared with homeowner as we run a small hobby farm. Creek on property leads to a lake (Rupert Lake .5 miles) and another one close by (Clear Lake 6 miles) both with a public access. Groomed walking trails on the property (total property is 18 acres). Kal-haven trail nearby as well for walking, running, snowmobiling and biking. Ski resorts and snowmobile trails nearby (Timber Ridge and Bittersweet). Plenty of parking for a trailer.
