The large laundry room is located on the 1st floor also and has an Insta hot unit for continuous hot water which is a major plus in cold weather climate. The 1st floor bedroom has its own bathroom with tub, television and a sitting area to read. It has a glass two door closet and a large bathroom. The door leading to the porch with rocking chairs and the hot tub are located beside the bed. The 2nd floor is where the kitchen is located along with dining and living room. Sliding glass doors lead you to the 2nd story porch with picnic table and rocking chairs. There is a gas fireplace also on this floor with a manual sw
