Everything was bought new, including our King size Serta iComfort mattress and Queen size Beautyrest pillow top . There is also a new leather sectional with a memory gel foam queen size sleeper. Three Samsung Tv's sized 55", 42" and 32" and free Wifi(100mbps). Netflix included on living area TV and master TV. Kitchen is granite and baths have been completely renovated with granite and custom tile. No need to go to a laundromat as we have a front loading washer and dryer. After a day at the private heated pool and spa, or walking the beautiful beach that is just steps away, come relax on our balcony with views of the gulf. There are inter-coastal views from each bedroom and balcony. Master also has a walk out.Trolley stop is right outside our building that you can ride from Clearwater to St. Pe
