You are very close to downtown Sebastopol but will frequently see fox, deer, and hear the Great Horned Owls.The property is home to two friendly sheep, and laying hens for your breakfast eggs. There are lots of berries, veggies, and apples to pick during the season. There is a hot tub under the persimmon tree. A caretaker lives part time in a separate area on the property who can assist you with any questions about the home or area. Sebastopol is an attractive small town with wonderful grocery stores,fruit and vegetable stands and a Sunday Farmers Market. There are excellent small bistros for dining out as well.
