Located in St. Petersburg, Florida, United States. 2BR Happiness in a Bungalow - Walk to Downtown 1240sq ft bungalow with an open floor plan.We love to walk and if you do too this a great space for you.The house is 1.1 mi northwest from the intersection of Central Ave. & 4th St. 10 minute walk to Crescent Lake park, 12 min walk to Starbucks and 20-25 minute walk to downtown St. Pete. Bright & Clean! Tampa Bay is a 20 minute drive. My husband and I purchased this 100 year old bungalow in February 2015 and have been slowly renovating it so please don't expect it to be perfect, because it definitely is not - but it's super cute!!Not all the rooms have new paint, some need trim put up on the ceilings, etc.It is clean and it is comfortable and we enjoy the location!Guest accessYou will have the entire house.There is a laundry room outside in the back of the house with a washer/dryer.There is a small backyard.Other things to noteOf course there is wifi!There is no cable TV but we do have Apple TV.No more than 4 souls allowable in the home p
