The entire Villa has a 7' tall x 1200' steel privacy fence with an amazing stone lighted entry gate. We have 24x7 Camp host located at the front gate. We have 20lb fire extinguishers, egress windows, smoke alarms, 5 carbon monoxide alarms, 6 motion sensing lights and first Aid boxes. We have installed a heavy pipe fence to make safe play area for kids and adults. A one of a kind feature in the building design has 6 inches of Spray foam insulation on all the exterior walls, 4" of interior wall insolation and solid core doors to eliminate the outdoor noise for a good nights sleep.
