Close to the boat ramp and Sampit River for a relaxing and/or fun filled day on your boat. There is room to park a boat. Owner does live on property and do NOT access the home. There are dogs, chickens and a duck that also reside on the other side of the fence of the property. This property is great for relaxing and close to the Sampit River.
