March 2024 brought more sand on our beach from a beach renourishment project. Short walk from house to stairs over the protective dunes to nice broad beach strand. Supplemental pool heat with new heater (March '24), (if needed for modest fee) private pool. Heated pool opened in March until November. Over 80% of my renters are repeats, many multiple years.
