Our top floor beach villa has sleeping for up to 8 guests and access to the association amenities including multiple heated pools, tennis courts, bbq grills, laundry and of course the world famous Captiva Island beaches. Completely updated throughout. The main level features two bedrooms and two bathrooms both with king sized beds. Upstairs is a bedroom in the loft with two fulls and full bathroom. Please note that there is no elevator in this building and it's on the 2nd floor. We're also not part of the resort meaning that you won't have access to the resort amenities including the north end pool complex, resort restaurants or eateries, the 9 hole golf course, trolley or other resort amenities. While you won't have resort access, you won't need it as our association provides access to multiple pools
