Perfect for large groups with 4 full beds, 1 twin bed, 3 couches, and plenty of room for air mattresses. There is a full kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and a giant living room/dining room area.The Space:The unit is on the lower lever so you will have to go down a flight of stairs. The 4 bedrooms do not have doors. They are simply separated by a concrete wall. You will be able to hear the person in the bed next to you. The twin bed is above one of the 3 couches (lofted bed over a futon). There is no reserved parking. Street parking is available on all of the streets and avenues around the building, just keep an eye on the time limits. There is a parking garage 1 block north on Roberts Street (called Robert's Garage). Parking is free for the first 2 hours and only metered 8am to 5pm weekdays.
