Private dock on Spring Lake ( across County Rd E ), great for fishing, floating, or canoeing/kayaking. There's a public boat ramp 1/4 mile away, and in the middle of the lake is a public island for picnics. Spring Lake is a small, no-wake lake known for good northern, bass, and bluegill fishing. Larger lakes holding walleye, muskie and other species are just minutes away. Amenities include a lakeside dock, attached lakeview deck, fire pit, screened in porch, and large back yard to relax around. With 7 acres to roam, you can exercise your pet off-leash if you choose.
