This apartment has more privacy because it opens in the front - whereas the other Guest apartments open in the back. The location is great - one block to the Historic Temescal Village, with lots of shops and cafes and a Peets Coffee House, Post Office and 24/7 Walgreens - never know when you get the muchies at 3 am or need some over-the-counter med! It is a busy commercial street - but reasonably quiet at night - with little traffic. But there is noise on trash days.One parking space for a car - no trucks or oversized vehicles.
