Riverfront deck with chairs to enjoy the view. Ride bikes downtown in the summer along the river bike path. Beautiful kitchen, large walk-in shower, fast Wi-Fi and a high-end queen bed and linens. NO PETS, NO SMOKING and NO CHILDREN UNDER 10 YEARS OLD.NO PETS, NO SMOKING and NO CHILDREN under 10 years old. There are 3 units on the property. The only shared space is the coin-op washer/dryer and the patio/deck area near the river. Each unit has its own access. ***There is a ship ladder that accesses the loft/sleeping area. Easy to climb up and down, but requires both hands on the railings, is kind of steep and is not suited for children under 10, folks with bad balance or anyone afraid of heights.***O
