This barn/house is 48’ deep with a 14’ tall door and can easily accommodate boats of all sizes. Enjoy the quite patio and fire pit to enjoy when not on the water. Centrally located on Saginaw Bay only 5 min drive to Linwood beach marina. Currently there are 2 twin beds, queen bed, and sofa sleeper but cots are available if needed, and air mattress air welcomed. Working to add more bedrooms for future group needs.
