Spectacular Oceanfront on the Mendocino Coast

Spectacular Oceanfront on the Mendocino Coast SEA & RIVER HOUSE is an attractive, welcoming home sitting 120 feet above the ocean and one mile from the Navarro River inlet. We are located 130 miles north of San Francisco and 10 miles south of Mendocino and close to Anderson Valley's many wineries. Come see us!To the south of the house is a view of magical Brokeback Cove and beyond to the Point Arena lighthouse which flashes at night. North a mile, where the Navarro River (known for steelhead fishing) meets the ocean, is an extensive sand beach to explore and throw a frisbee or build a driftwood fort. Swimming "holes" ( a favorite of our kids) can be found at several points along the Navarro River in the redwood forest.The house offers four bedrooms (2 queen beds, one full, 2 twins ), a game room with futon, wood burning stove fireplace and outside chiminea, hot tub, two bathrooms,, and expansive decks on two levels.
