Please note that this house is not "childproof" or "wheelchair accessible." There are stairs to the 2nd floor with cable railing, no railing on any porches, and there are stairs at all 3 home entrances. Also, this is a smoke-free home. No smoking in the house or on the porches/lanai.On the main floor, there are 2 guest rooms that each feature a queen bed, night stands, dresser, and ceiling fan. 1 of the guestrooms has a door directly out to the back lanai. The main bathroom is located off the hallway of the main living space between both bedrooms. It has a tub/shower with a shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispenser and a 48" vanity.
