We would love to host you and your family as you travel to Chico and enjoy this summer getaway experience!Please read house rules before booking.There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One room is equipped with a king-size canopy bed, one is equipped with a queen-size bed, and one is equipped with two twin-size beds. We also have a love seat sleeper sofa to fit your whole group! The kitchen is fully-equipped, including all the cooking ware and utensils you could need. We even have a spice rack (boasting 18 different spices) and a coffee station (with both a traditional pot and a Keurig). Once you cook a meal in our fully-equipped kitchen, there is both a breakfast bar and kitchen table to dine at. We have both a livi
