( It is on the same property as our other VRBO Cozy sunrise suite at waters edge ) on the 38 MM on the west side of Lake of the Ozarks. It has a Queen bed in the bedroom, a double sofa bed in the living area and two twin beds in the living area. It has an old west cowboy/1970s whiskey barrel furniture theme and is wheelchair accessable. We have great swimming in a no wake cove with plenty of seating on the dock and nice shaded outdoor area next to bunkhouse with firepit and a gas flat grill .Lakefront recreationEnjoy the two paddle boards, two kayaks, paddle boat, floatie noodles ,saddlesand the 16-foot lily pad.Boat trailer parking is no problem. We have room on the side of the dock for a boat uo to a 40-foot. Our boat dock with bumpers and tie offs is free of charge with rental of bunkhouse.The three well dock is shared with our other rental and ourselves. The boat ramp is located at Premier Advantag
