The home is centrally located between Petoskey and Harbor Springs and a short drive to Petoskey State Park and several ski areas. The main floor offers the primary master suite, kitchen, living room, and dining area. There’s a nice size deck with ample seating and gas grill for your BBQ in the large back yard. Upstairs are two bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bathroom. 3 kayaks for your use on the lake.  The fishing is amazing so bring your gear!  The Hiawatha bike trail is right down the street and connects to the Little Traverse Wheelway.  Bring bikes! You can ride into town.  Access to the lake and shared dock is described in the house manual.
