Sunset Shores for a Reason

Located in Burdett, Colorado, United States. Sunset Shores for a Reason This lake home sits on the eastern shores of Seneca lake. There is a boat house on the beach that holds fun water toys including 2 paddle boards, 3 kayaks, a paddle boat and many different floats. There are 6 life jackets. The dock area has plenty of seating. For someone wanting to dock their motor boat we have two boat lifts and mooring whips that can hold a boat temporarily for a visitor. On the beach we have a fire ring for our guests and cut fire wood is on the property. There is a separate bedroom which feels like a little apartment with a king sized bed, 1/2 bath, TV and coffee nook. This is accessed by going outside under one of the porches to the lower level. There are many different seating areas with tables on each level. The lower level porch also has a hot tub, hammock, porch swing and has its own beverage refrigerator.
