It is the 7th house from the beach. This house has AIR CONDITIONING1st floor: Open concept kitchen/family room and 1/2 bath. Kitchen is fully stocked to entertain a large crowd. It has 2 REFRIGERATORS and a center island for more seating. It has a 12 cup coffee maker and a Keurik, a 4 bread toaster, blender, lobster pot, spices, etc. Trash bags, toilet paper, hand soaps, dish soaps provided.
