Located in Middletown, New York, United States. 3-4 bdrm, sleeps 7 isolation near quiet beach This is a great apartment VERY close to First Beach (Easton's beach) as well as neighborhood shops and restaurants. Sleeps 8. It is a 3-4 bedroom, 2 bdrms with queen beds and an additional room split in 2 with 2 double bed. 2 full bathrooms. Separate parking and entrance from the upstairs unit. Linens and beach towels available on request.Our rental is only a 1 minute walk to First beach, a walk to the Cliff Walk and various restaurants and a VERY short drive to downtown Newport and the Newport Mansions.Our tenants are required to sign a lease which is emailed to them separately. The "cleaning" fee includes both cleaning and linens for all beds. There are 3 parking spots for this rental.We do not appreciate parties or large gathering. We require notification of there will be more than the 7 person maximum in the property.
