Summary:Large and well-preserved 3x2 brick cottage just minutes North of downtown with fenced yard, WiFi, fully stocked kitchen, and everything else you need for a work or leisure trip to Columbia. Whether you are in town to see family at Fort Jackson, USC game-day, work trip, or just spending time with family and friends, we are happy to host you for a few days or a few months. Backyard is fully fenced with a grill and 50" TV comes equipped with Roku. We hope to host you!The Space:This beautifully preserved cottage features an inviting living room as soon as you enter the home. Two pullout sofas and two accent chairs allow you to socialize as a family or catch-up on Netflix with the 50" Roku TV that sits over the fireplace mantle. Note that unfortunately the fireplace is not functional. Living room opens up into the dining room with farm table. The table is actually very special. The owner's grandfather runs a Christian rehabilitation center
