Located in Bradenton Beach, Florida, United States. Anna Maria Beach Condo 1/1 I am looking to rent my condo on Anna Maria Island, Bradenton Beach-FL. This is a one bedroom with full kitchen and covered balcony with a little ocean view. It has a king bed, pullout couch, full kitchen, breakfast bar, Large bathroom. There is basic cable, WiFi, washer and dryer in unit and utilities included in the rental price. No pets and No smoking. The condo is at the Tortuga Inn which is a popular resort condo/hotel. It offers private beach access with beach chairs included within my HOA. Two pools onsite and covered parking as an option. Parking is not assigned, it’s first come first serve. The room is on the top floor so no noisy upper neighbor. There is an elevator and stairs.
