Home is on a canal off of the Homosassa River leading out to the Gulf Of Mexico. Located at mile marker 76. Very cozy and clean totally renovated . New floors, kitchen, paint. AC. King size bed in the master bedroom, and a queen size bed in the second bedroom. The living room has a large bay window that gives you a scenic view of the canal. Everything in this home is immaculate and up to date. Large dock space can accommodate a 25 ‘ boat. 1.5 miles to McCraes to launch boat. Very nice getaway place in the winter months. We have internet for streaming , 2 TV's one in guest bedroom and one in the living room. Home has 2 carports and a large covered lanai that is lovely to sit in in the cooler weather. Large refrigerator/freezer, microwave, convection/ bake oven, full size washer and dryer. You won't be disappointed with this vacation home.
