CAC, 3 large bedrooms, 2 full baths, open concept living/dining/kitchen area, finished game room on lower level, outdoor deck with grill, located in the heart of LI wine country, with convenient access to great restaurants, farmstands, shopping. *Please note that I typically rent my property in full-month blocks, e.g., June, July, or August. Southold town requires a minimum 14 night stay, and any rental of less than 30 days will incur a 5.5% tax, as per a recent law passed in Suffolk County in June of 2023. A month-long rental would NOT be subject to this tax.*Guests have access to the entire home, a private single family residence, and full use of the amenities.
