I think you will find our beach home to be your home away from home and that's our goal! In fact one renter called it "home away from home!" This is a Large, Beautiful, 6 bedroom, and 5 bathrooms on the sound. The 4th floor sleeps 4 and has a large sitting room with a HUGE TV--the kids will never leave! The 3rd floor has 3 bedrooms including the king master with high ceilings and amazing views. The second floor has one bedroom and the rest is living space. The family room is open to the kitchen and a large eating area with great sound views and a deck right off this space. The house will easily handle 12 people. We recently added a 4/5 person hot tub.
