It is situated away from the busy street(Sunrise Way) but close to the entry/exit gate.The home has two outdoor patios , one facing East overlooking the pond and fountain on the right and the pool/hot tub 50 steps away on the left. The other is an enclosed patio that faces West overlooking the mountains. It has a table, chairs, umbrella, and a propane gas BBQ grill.Inside, the master bedroom has a king bed facing a 32" flat screen T.V. It has a mirrored wall and the looks over the East p
