We chose the location because of its proximity to Cape Cod attractions!! The town of Osterville is 15 miles from the Sagamore Bridge leading to Cape Cod. Our home is 20 minutes from the Hyannis Port ferry to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard. Mashpee Commons, an outdoor shopping/dining/movie destination, is a short 15 minute drive. If you like biking, the paths are abundant.The beaches are exceptional, and though there are several choices, we spend most of our time at Craigville Beach (10 minute drive) and Dowses Beach (7 minutes). These are perfect for families. A resident beach pass is provided to occupants. Joshua Pond beach is 4 minutes drive. The town of Osterville has great restaurant options, and unique shops.The home affords the combination of privacy and access to the town of Osterville. It is situated on over an acre of land, set back from the main road into town. There are sidewalks, if you choose
