Its right across from the newly constructed conference center and Cougar Point Golf Course's brand new clubhouse and restaurant. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a flat screen television in the living room. Wireless is provided as well as a sofa bed in the living room for extra guests. Take a short five minute walk or quick bike ride and you'll be at the ocean's edge in no time.(0.3mi) There are 10 miles of glorious beach to enjoy and you can ride your bike right on the hard packed sand. When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights (not available in low season, late Oct to mid Mar) you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required
