Downstream towns like Rio Vista and Guerneville, while charming, offer less ideal river swimming conditions because they are often located in cooler redwood forests and the water isn’t as clear. The comfortable, clean 3-bedroom (all with walk-in closets) 2 ½ bath house (sleeps 6 + 2 sleeper couch = 8) includes a 7-person hot tub/spa, TV (all cable channels), DVR, Wi-Fi, propane BBQ, decks, fire pit, fruit tree orchard and separate Ho
