Beach House w/ Direct views of Gulf State Park

Located in Gulf Shores, Alabama, United States. Beach House w/ Direct views of Gulf State Park Cottages at Dunes Park is located directly by the Gulf State Park. It is the most eastern property in Gulf Shores and nothing will be built to block the view east and south. Our unit is located directly by the pool and is as far from the road as you can be. There is access to the beach ~.1 miles to the west of the property. It is about a quarter mile from the house to the beach.This newly constructed beach house has many upgrades you won't find in other properties. We have a gas range, tankless water heater, outdoor shower with hot and cold water, upgraded cabinets, lighting, appliances, and fixtures. It features 3 bedrooms and 4 full baths. We have beds to sleep 18 people and with 4 full baths. There is also a tankless water heater to ensure there is plenty of hot water when its time to wash the salt off and head out for the evening.In addition to the the large porch with views of the park and beach there is a Komamdo grill downst
